Dates TBC

Once the dates are confirmed, they will appear with their associated signup lists on the site.

Until then, I thought it wise to inform people of the likely dates so they can plan ahead and ensure they can attend!

August: Friday 24th -> Monday 27th

Does anyone know of any other LANs that might clash with these dates?

I have discovered that i31 is pegged for 11th - 13th, leaving a good couple of weeks for recovery, before the real event begins...

Its StratLAN also run by Multiplay, so you wouldnt get me for those weekends, ooi how did you spot i31 and not stratlan Razz

Dammit - he's right.

I don't know much about 'i' and 'strat' - though now I've read a bit I've realised that StratLAN seems more my kind of thing - sub100 players, etc. Ideal size I reckon.

Didn't know what to look for, and for some reason i didn't really look at the Multiplay home page unti you mentioned it :/

Ultimately WE may not have any other choices for dates - though I shall check up.

So I suppose we need to get some kind of idea as to how many of our people are likely to mosey on over to Stratford-on-Avon this August...?

They ran one in May too - the greedy bastards.

It's nearly healed now and I can bend it up to 50 degrees with a bit of a push Very Happy

Well as it happens, this year we only have one August option for a weekend, but we do get 4 days so we can pull a 72 hour stint this time.

Unfortunately of course that means Dentists will have to skip StratLAN in favour of keeping his priorities right Wink

If there are no other problems with these dates, I will confirm them in a day or so.
